Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 per year.

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience managing automotive dealership projects.
Responsibilities- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders and client communication
- Coordinate with owners, architects, superintendents, subcontractors and vendors
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders
- Review drawings, scopes of work, submittals and requests for information
- Track project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact schedule or budget
- Ensure work is completed safely, accurately and in line with project expectations
- Prior Project Manager experience in commercial construction
- Automotive dealership construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing ground up construction, tenant improvements or commercial remodels
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination and project documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and project teams
- Local or regional construction experience in Southern California preferred
