Position: Primary Care Physician - Direct Primary Care in Redlands, CA

Location: Redlands, CA

Salary: $250-350K

Status: Flexible, 30-40 hours per week

Our 2-doctor DPC practice in beautiful Redlands, CA, is growing quickly, and we are looking for a doc to join our team. Caravel Health DPC is a small, primary care medical practice using a unique model to provide health care - Direct Primary Care. Our patients pay a monthly membership fee ($75-129/month) and get unlimited office visits and direct access to their doctor via text, email, or call without additional visit fees or copays.

Included in the monthly membership fee are also several in-office procedures and tests and access to greatly reduced priced medications and labs conveniently offered through the office. We hope to help patients discover authentic family medicine, the kind of family medicine where genuine relationships help catalyze healing.

Provide Primary Care services to members, including preventative health recommendations, chronic disease management, urgent care visits, etc.

1099 Preferred

Flexible - 30-40 hours per week

Competitive and negotiable based on structure of contact (Generated Revenue Split vs Per Member Per Month vs Salary); anticipate $250k+ with full panel

Relaxed, low stress, family oriented working environment

Full schedule of 6-12 patients per day

Full panel size of 400-600

Visits are routinely 30-60 minutes long with 90 minute visits for New Members

AI Integrated work flow

PTO, health, retirement, CME, etc, can be discussed

• MD/DO licensed in CA
• Board Certified
• Active DEA
• Medical Malpractice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Value spending time developing relationships with and educating patients
• Place high priority on patient experience, customer service, and timely access to physician care
• Reasonably responsive to patient emails and texts for urgent needs

• Family Medicine Board Certified - for experience in primary care and ability to treat adults and pediatric populations
