Youth Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots Inland Empire East is looking for an Early Education Soccer Instructor in the Greater Inland Empire area.

• Conduct weekly soccer sessions for children ages 2-10, delivering curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Commit to year‑round coaching, including weekday afternoons and early evenings (spring, summer, fall) plus Saturday/Sunday morning sessions.
• Engage children, parents, and colleagues with clear communication and positive role modeling.
• Maintain a safe, energetic, and inclusive environment during outdoor play.
• Complete all required instructional training, ongoing evaluation, and investigation calls.
• Manage routine administrative tasks, such as attendance and summary reporting to parents.

• Love kids and soccer; bring enthusiasm and a fun attitude to every session.
• Have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to multiple sites within the Greater Inland Empire East area.
• Experience working with children and a background in early childhood education (at least 12 college units) is preferred.
• Graduate or student working toward a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Pass a Child Abuse History Clearance, Background Check, TB test, and vaccine records (MMR, TDAP).
• Minimum age 18 and live locally.

• Position is outdoors; may experience extreme heat or cold.
• Requires ability to run, stop, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must work in a gymnasium‑like environment with moderate noise and need excellent vision (with or without correction).
• Must be willing to drive to various schools and public parks.

• Competitive Coaching Pay – $16.90 per hour for training up to $25 per session for lead coach.
