Para Educator – Zen Educate
Hourly rate: $19.00. Full‑time position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist special education teachers in instructing students with disabilities.
- Supervise student activities to ensure a well‑organized and smoothly functioning class.
- Support classroom management and positive behavioral strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid Tennessee teaching license.
- Special education endorsement.
- Knowledge of the special needs of students in the assigned area.
- Knowledge of the Individual Education Plan (IEP) and related documentation.
Provides personal care and household assistance services in accordance with an established care plan. Supports the personal needs and comfort of individuals in their homes.
Instructional Aide SubstituteFlexible, per diem roles that allow compassionate individuals to support students within local schools.
Key duties include:
- Assisting teachers with classroom tasks.
- Providing support during instructional activities.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Support the Nursing Department and staff by performing a variety of support functions. Familiarize with facility administrative procedures to assist patient care and treatment plans.
Education Department DirectorOverall direction of the Education Department and professional development across all organizational areas.
Core responsibilities:
- Lead instructional strategy and curriculum development.
- Oversee staff training and performance evaluation.
- Establish metrics and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Assist with academic tasks and foster social and behavioral growth to create an inclusive learning environment.
Caregiver – Home Care AideAssist clients with activities related to independent living. Provide personalized, attentive care and build genuine relationships, enabling clients to maintain their comfort and dignity.
Promotions/Special Events RepresentativeUnder the direction of the Supervisor, responsible for delivering exceptional custom events and special promotion activities.
