Soccer Shots Inland Empire East is searching for an enthusiastic, relationship-focused professional who is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys being active, and is ready to grow their career. As the Program Coordinator for the Inland Empire East Area, you'll become the primary Soccer Shots representative for your assigned schools and childcare partners.

You'll deliver exceptional soccer enrichment programs, build meaningful relationships with directors, teachers, and families, develop new community partnerships, and play an important role in expanding our impact throughout the Redlands, Loma Linda, Yucaipa, Beaumont and Grand Terrance Area community. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow alongside our organization. While the role may begin as part-time, our vision is to quickly develop it into a full-time leadership position as programs and partnerships continue to expand throughout the Fontana Area.

Soccer Shots is one of the nation's leading children's enrichment franchises, serving children ages 18 months through 10 years. The Program Coordinator is the Area Lead who oversees Soccer Shots programs throughout the Inland Empire East Area, with a primary focus on preschool and early childhood programs while supporting continued growth into youth programs and community partnerships. This role combines leadership, coaching, relationship management, community outreach, and program development.
