Qualifications

• Four years or more previous automotive dealership service experience.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Must pass a physical.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must display good judgment.

• Schedule service appointments by answering incoming service calls.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information.
• Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
• Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
• Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost. An explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information and secure client authorization of repair or service.
• Can work in a fast‑pace environment, are organized and manage time efficiently.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
