The clients well-established Southern California radiology department is seeking a talented Womens Imaging Manager to join their team. If you are an RT with mammography experience and a passion for delivering top-quality patient care, we want to hear from you!
Reporting to their seasoned Director of Radiology, responsibilities include:
Responsibilities- Overseeing daily operations, staffing for women's imaging
- Ensuring the department meets key quality and risk reduction statistics.
- Serving as backup to the Radiology Manager when needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into management and develop leadership abilities in a set the strategy for our women's imaging services while learning operations best practices from expert radiology leaders.
Requirements- RT license
- Mammography experience
Prior hospital experience is NOT required. We welcome ambitious outpatient technicians ready to take their!
