LVN - Family Clinics

Reporting to the Charge Nurse, this position provides primarily back‑office support performing various technical duties. May also perform front‑office duties such as scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, answering telephones, maintaining medical records, determining program eligibility and billing. Collects essential health, medical, and biographical information from the patient or the patient’s parent/legal guardian to be placed into the medical record. Performs and assists the providers with basic procedures adhering to scope of training and experience.
