The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $38.00 to $41.00 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

We are looking for a full‑time Certified Dietary Manager.

• Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of nutritious and attractive meals and supplements to all residents according to physician’s orders and in compliance with Federal, State, and Company requirements.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
• Ensure that meals are served according to expressed resident preferences.
• Implement and revise menus to meet resident needs.
• Interact effectively with other resident services according to a total Care Plan approach.
• Maintain all records and documentation according to Federal, State, and Company requirements. Maintain inventory of food and supplies to meet resident needs and according to planned menus. Participate in assigned meetings and in‑services.
• Operate the department according to budget.
• Ensure exchange of information necessary with all departments as necessary for quality resident care.
• Meet department work goals through staff assignment.
• Monitor staff performance through coaching, praises, and recognition of effective performance or take direct corrective action after coaching as needed.
• Evaluate quality and quantity of services accomplished by staff.

Prefer a graduate (or enrolled) of a state‑approved course or equivalent in food service. City Health Certificate as required by local government.

One year of experience in healthcare‑related food service preferred.
