Returns Product Technician

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing various stages of product inspection for returned products. This role supports the product management team in identifying missing hardware, image discrepancies, and rust on samples. The individual will provide updates and maintain logs using Microsoft Teams. This is a high-level individual contributor position.

• Assist the Product Management team as needed.
• Inspect all samples for rust and follow established SOPs for handling.
• Receive and verify all product samples, ensuring hardware is correct and images are up to date.
• Cross-check files and the online catalog to confirm accuracy of product data.
• Accurately log all tote numbers into the AIT system.
• Collaborate in a team environment to support overall business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned, with professionalism and diligence.

• Must have strong attention to detail, punctuality and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires ability to communicate in verbal, written, and electronic formats, as well as ability to understand directions and requests via phone or in person.
• Proficient in Office (especially in Excel / Word/Teams)
• Ability to manage large amounts of data
• Strong automotive knowledge – specifically diagnostic and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
• Must be able to adhere to stringent deadlines

• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
• 2+ years of experience in Automotive diagnostic repair or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to stand and work for prolonged periods of time.
