Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical initiatives for our Data, Analytics, and Segmentation team and Market Intel team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects involving data attribution, market segmentation development, and analytics platform implementation. The ideal candidate will orchestrate the onboarding of new technical capabilities, oversee the creation of actionable market segments, and develop comprehensive reports that serve diverse business use cases.

Additionally, this position provides essential project management support to the Market Intel team, facilitating their production of market assessments and competitive analysis across various market portfolios. This is a high-impact role requiring collaboration across Corporate Marketing, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Effectively balance concurrent projects across data management, segmentation development, analytics platform implementation, and Market Intel support initiatives. Ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Communicate and collaborate. Build relationships cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and communicate necessary requirements and updates. Use strong project management skills to execute against deadlines and proactively communicate and influence changes.
  • Drive results: Lead end-to-end project execution from requirements gathering through implementation and optimization. Ensure successful onboarding of analytics and reporting capabilities that enhance team productivity. Effectively manage the scope and schedule of complex projects to provide stakeholders and strategic partners with meaningful solutions. Share updates and reports with leadership for review.
  • Stay organized and attentive to detail. Mitigate errors and risks by completing projects thoroughly and accurately. Ensure details align with the overall vision of the project and involve leadership when obstacles arise.
  • Adapt and problem solve. Adjust to unexpected circumstances. Resolve complex problems and work with your team to quickly provide solutions. Leverage project experience to continuously evolve project management approaches and solutions.
  • Be proactive. Anticipate the tasks required to meet project requirements. Expect the needs of stakeholders and actively work to accommodate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably managing data, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives
  • Demonstrated success in working on multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in developing project designs, work plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Project management expertise with proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to engage, collaborate, and facilitate with customers, internal and external teams, and stakeholders
  • Possess the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Occasional travel may be required (up to ~20%); travel needs may vary based on business requirements

Recommended Qualifications
  • PMP, PMI, PROSCI, or other related certifications
  • Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Adobe Target, Power BI, and/or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of GIS/Esri products
