Digital Asset Specialist
Responsibilities- Organize and manage digital content library, ensuring assets are properly tagged, searchable, and accessible across teams
- Maintain metadata standards, naming conventions, and taxonomies within systems like AEM and Workfront
- Oversee full asset lifecycle from ingestion to archiving, supporting efficient workflows and asset delivery
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity, rights management, compliance, and updated taxonomy standards
- Support reporting and analytics by enhancing metadata quality and contributing to dashboards
- 2+ years in digital or content management
- Strong knowledge of metadata standards, taxonomy development, and asset organization principles
- Experience with AEM, Workfront, Power BI, and content management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in library/information science or related field
- Proficiency in macOS and Microsoft 365 is preferred
- Support accurate asset tagging, organization, and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for asset delivery and best practices
- Maintain data integrity through audits and updates
- Enhance metadata for reporting and analytics tasks
