IT Business Analyst, Change Management
Marc Fisher Footwear is replacing the warehouse management platform at our Redlands, California distribution center with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management. Implementation begins in fall 2026 with go‑live scheduled for early January 2027, followed by hyper‑care and a continuous‑improvement roadmap.
We are hiring a Senior WMS Analyst to serve as the internal subject‑matter expert on Manhattan Active WM. This is a build‑and‑own role: you will work alongside Manhattan’s implementation consultants through design, configuration, testing, and cutover, and then own the platform day‑to‑day once the consultants leave. You will be the person operations turns to when a wave will not release, and the person the business turns to when it wants the system to do something new.
This role suits someone who wants ownership rather than ticket queues. You will have direct influence over how the system is configured, meaningful exposure to senior leadership during the implementation, and a clear path to broader systems ownership as our distribution footprint grows.
This role will be based from Redlands, California location on a full time in person basis and report to our Director of IT, Distribution.

- Develop and maintain operational reporting and dashboards covering throughput, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment performance
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in slotting, wave strategy, task management, and labor utilization
- Create and maintain configuration documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials; train super‑users and operations leadership
- Provide on‑call and peak‑season support, including occasional evenings and weekends during peak and major releases
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience supporting or implementing a tier‑one warehouse management system in a distribution, retail, or 3PL environment
- Direct configuration experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management, or deep Manhattan SCALE / WMoS / WMi experience with demonstrated Active platform exposure
- Participation in at least one full‑lifecycle WMS implementation, from design through go‑live and stabilization
- Working knowledge of core distribution processes: receiving, putaway, cycle counting, replenishment, wave planning, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write queries independently for analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to translate between operations and technical teams, and to write documentation that others can actually use
- Ability to work on‑site in Redlands, California
- Experience with Manhattan Active’s extensibility framework, APIs, or component‑based configuration
- Footwear, apparel, or fashion distribution experience, including size and color SKU complexity
