Commercial Lines Account Manager

• Serve as a dedicated resource and primary contact for a commercial book of business.
• Partner with Producers to manage renewals end‑to‑end, supporting strategy, marketing, proposals, binding, and policy delivery.
• Provide coverage and technical support, reviewing quotes, identifying exposures, and helping deliver sound insurance solutions.
• Prepare and submit new and renewal business, ensuring documentation and bind orders are accurate and complete.
• Handle endorsements, policy changes, and client service requests with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records in the agency management system.
• Stay current on market trends and carrier appetite, building working relationships with carrier partners.
• Participate in training and process improvement efforts to grow skills and support team efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance.
• Prior experience working with an insurance agency, brokerage, or insurance carrier.
• Proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Applications, Applied EPIC, Salesforce, Zoho, PATA, ReSource Pro) and highly organized, adaptable, and precise, excelling in dynamic environments and meeting deadlines.

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $80K to $100K per year.
