Salaries: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

Our client is a well-established construction firm located in Redlands, CA. They have been growing for 15+ years as a leader in the furnishing and installation of commercial doors, frames, and hardware throughout Southern California. Their services include procurement, design-build, modernizations and new construction. Most of their work is done in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Coachella Valley, and the Inland Empire.

We are looking for a talented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience handling commercial door projects. The role requires the ability to read plans and specifications, public works experience, and experience in creating submittal packages, RFIs, and PCOs. The candidate will order hollow metal frames, doors, wood doors, and hardware, and keep track of job budgets for material and labor.

• Extensive knowledge of the door/frame/hardware industry
• 3+ years of commercial door experience required
• Purchasing
• Customer/Vendor communication
• Ensuring project is being built correctly
• Project schedule management and forecasting
• Submittal creation and implementation
• Proficient at reading architectural plans and specifications
• Assist in day-to-day construction management operations
• Ability to manage projects from estimating stage through to final installation
• Candidates must be team oriented and self-motivated
