Chief Financial Officer

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic financial leadership across the organisation while overseeing all aspects of financial management, governance and performance.

A key priority of the role is to strengthen and mature the internal finance function, including transitioning services currently delivered through external providers into a contemporary, high-performing in-house team. You’ll lead improvements to systems, reporting, financial controls and business processes that support informed decision-making and long-term sustainability.

Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board, you’ll provide strategic advice that enables the organisation to continue delivering exceptional services to the community.
