Qualifications: High School Diploma waived; training provided for pallet jack, forklifts, and other operating equipment.

• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within plant, office, or warehouse.
• Maintain records as needed.
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method.
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks following prescribed steps.
• Adhere to SOPs, scientific methods, and quality guidelines.
• Work under general to limited supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero to one year of warehouse or related experience and/or training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses, training, and certifications.
• Basic training in an analytical or scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling, logistics, manufacturing production).
• Effective communication skills understandable by coworkers, team lead, and supervisor.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Capability to operate in a metrics‑driven environment and general computer proficiency.

• Working conditions include walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, climbing, lifting, crouching, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, talking, hearing, twisting, and repetitive use of hands.
• Lifting and/or moving items over 50 lbs.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, extreme weather conditions, vibration, and high or precarious locations.
• Exposure to fumes and airborne particles in some areas.
• Work environment may be hot in summer (no AC) and cold in winter (limited heating).
• Noise level is moderate to loud.
