Candidate will receive a $1000 bonus after being on assignment for 60 days. If the candidate takes any time off during that first 60 days, the bonus date will be extended an equivalent amount of time.

• Use a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse.
• May maintain records.
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method.
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Work under general to limited supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero (0) to one (1) year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training.
• Reach truck experience and some forklift experience.
• Obtains and/or maintains appropriate licenses, training, or certifications, as needed.
• Has basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production).
• Effective communication skills at a level that co‑workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to perform/operate in a metrics‑driven environment.
• General computer skills.

• The job can require lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs.
• The position will have exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, extreme weather conditions and vibration.
• Occasionally the position will have exposure to work in high, precarious places and fumes/airborne particles.
• It is hot in the summer months (no AC) and cold in the winter months (limited heating).
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
