Plymouth Village, a distinguished Human Good community in Redlands, CA is seeking an on‑call LVN responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, our team, and visitors to participate in the residents' daily life rhythm. You will also develop assignments in coordination with the care partners, keeping each team member inspired and accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Pay Rate: $30-34/hour, depending on experience +$2/hr night Shift Differential

Schedule:
Per-Diem, open availability required.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current CA LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post‑acute or sub‑acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
