WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead the Team
:
Supervise and support team members during daily operations, ensuring everyone is set up for success. - Customer Service Excellence

Deliver exceptional service and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care. - Train and Develop
:
Assist with employee training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a strong and capable team. - Keep Things Running Smoothly

Monitor inventory levels, merchandise displays, and store presentation to maintain our high standards. - Ensure Compliance

Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards to create a safe and efficient work environment. - Take Charge
:
Open and close the store as needed, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure operational efficiency. - Drive Results

Help achieve sales goals while maintaining the day-to-day flow of the store. - Collaborate with Management
:
Report back to higher management with updates and insights to keep the business thriving.
- Experience
:
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or food service environment. - Leadership Skills
: A natural leader who enjoys motivating and guiding a team. - Customer-Focused
