As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate
, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You are a team player, celebrating individual and team successes, and you stay informed about trends to share that knowledge with customers, building engaging experiences for everyone who enters the store.

• Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are performed efficiently, keeping the store clean, organized and our styles easily shoppable.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion our culture with pride by embodying the behaviors that power our Customer Connection. Provide stellar customer engagement and consistently top‑notch experiences.

Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met. Overtime hours may be required to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Positive communication with associates at all levels
• Independent judgment and discretion when partnering with management
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Effective team player
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Regular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
