Wal-Mart # W Redlands Blvd, Redlands, CA  - Shift may start between 8:00pm - 11:00pm

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and move inventory in the backroom
• Stock products on shelves and organize the backroom
• Ensure aisles are neat and areas are clean
• Assist customers while stocking shelves
• Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Greet customers and answer their questions

• Physical ability to lift >50 lbs
• Experience with forklift operation (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, season, or specific work performed.
