As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional client experience, building strong relationships, curating personalized styling, and contributing to store operations.
What you’ll do:Client Experience & Styling
- Create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience with expert fashion advice.
- Style clients with personalized wardrobe selections and full-range product recommendations.
- Build and maintain a client book, fostering long-term relationships.
- Encourage repeat visits through personalized follow-ups and exclusive offers.
- Share insights on collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Guide clients through their shopping journey, ensuring a meaningful brand connection.
- Support daily operations, including visual merchandising and floor maintenance.
- Ensure stock is replenished and the store remains organized and inviting.
- Drive sales, achieve personal and team goals, and support a thriving workplace culture.
- Work closely with the team to create a motivating, results-oriented environment.
- Address customer concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
- Provide solutions that enhance the overall client experience.
- 1+ years of customer service or retail experience, preferably in a fashion‑forward environment.
- Passionate about styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- A strong communicator—friendly, engaging, and skilled at building relationships.
- A team player with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Social media savvy (a plus, but not required).
- Adaptable and flexible to thrive in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
