Game Stop - 27512 Lagonia Avenue Ste B2-F - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and advising on purchases during transactions;
Maintain store environment and merchandising according to company guidelines;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor;
Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety best practices;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate to a store keyholder as needed
