Automotive Sales / Service BDC Agent
Contacting Sales / Service Prospects and existing Customers by Phone, Text, and or Email through our state‑of‑the‑art CRM system to secure Sales / Service Appointments with prospects that have expressed interest in our services and products.
Minimum Requirements- Excellent Phone Skills
- Warm, Professional and Enthusiastic Personality
- At least 80 to 100 daily contact attempts through the three different media methods listed above
- 25 to 30 WPM in typing (50+ WPM is preferred)
Sales BDC Rep Position:
Base hourly compensation between $16.90 and $16.90. Production bonus based on individual or team performance may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Service BDC Rep Position:
Base hourly compensation between $16.90 and $18.00. Production bonus based on individual or team performance may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
