HVAC Service Technician
Compensation18% commission off the top of Gross Sales + Bonuses! Potential annual earning $100K.
Work ScheduleMonday through Friday with some weekends and evenings required.
Position Summary- Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing
- Work in the utility programs the company participates in as well as work on the retrofit installations as needed
- Excellent customer service
- Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-based CRM
- 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
- Nate Certifications or acquire once employed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replace decisions
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired
Salary: $100,000 per year
