HVAC Supervisor - Residential

Salary: $85K - $100K, depending on experience.

Monday through Friday. 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Flexibility required for after‑hours or weekend support.

• Provides field oversight, technical support, and mentoring to service technicians.
• Conducts ride‑alongs and job site inspections.
• Provides on‑call technical support and assists with escalated service issues.
• Mentors and coaches apprentices and new technicians, providing hands‑on training and guidance to develop skills and ensure adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
• Develops and implements the company’s service and technical standards, ensuring technicians stay current on new codes and equipment.
• Focuses on safety, quality assurance, and reducing callbacks, while collaborating with service leadership to enhance operations.
• Mentors team members through technical and professional development milestones.
• Reviews and analyzes callback data with the Service & Maintenance Manager as required.
• Investigates warranty claims and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.

• 5-7 years of HVAC service experience – Residential and light commercial.
• 4 years plumbing service experience.
• Leadership or technical training roles preferred.
• Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems, tools, installation processes, and codes.
• Communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train.
• Certification in OSHA standards and other relevant safety programs.
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar service software – Desired.
• NATE Certification – Core, AC Install, Air Distribution, Gas Heat, or similar credentials – Desired.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
