Maintain property equipment and ensure guest rooms are in good repair;
Perform repairs listed on work orders and complete them in a timely manner;
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in company binder;
Maintain records of inspections and deficiencies as required;
Ensure fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current
