HVAC Technician - Residential Service | 18% commission off the top of Gross Sales + Bonuses
Potential Annual earnings up to $150,000
$6,000 sign on bonus - depending on qualifications
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | some weekends and evenings during peak season
Job Duties:- Residential and light commercial service work
- Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of HVAC systems
- Diagnose HVAC equipment
- Consult with customer on repair, replacement, and upgrade options
- Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, including inventory and retail pricing
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM

- 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service
- Annual maintenance experience
- Experience with light commercial HVAC equipment
- EPA Universal Certification
- Customer service and communication skills
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Basic sheet metal practices
- Air balancing principles and techniques
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma or its equivalent
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
