Base Pay + Commission Opportunity: $100,000+ annually for high performers
Total Earning Potential: $150,000+ depending on production bonus

- 1 year of experience as a Service Technician (5) years preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

What does a Turnover Technician do? This position is designed around turning service opportunities into completed repairs, replacements, and approved work.
The technician is responsible for:- Diagnosing HVAC systems accurately.
- Identifying repair and replacement opportunities.
- Presenting repair options clearly to the customer.
- Presenting replacement options when replacement is appropriate.
- Generating approved work from service calls.
- Following up on estimates and unsold opportunities.
- Documenting equipment condition with photos and detailed notes.
- Protecting company margins.
- Maintaining high customer-service standards.
- Selling maintenance agreements when applicable.
- Communicating opportunities to the office/sales team.
