Reach Truck Operator

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reach Truck Operator (Crown Reach). This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

• Location: Redlands CA 92374 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $21/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

The Reach Truck Operator (Crown Reach) will support warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for safely loading, unloading, moving, and storing products while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

• Operate a Crown Reach Truck/Stand-Up Forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Locate, retrieve, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Verify shipment accuracy and report inventory discrepancies.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with other warehouse functions as needed and provide support during team absences.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance:
  Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of Crown Reach Truck
  /Stand-Up Forklift experience required
• Experience operating multiple types of material handling equipment, including reach trucks, order pickers, and counterbalance forklifts.
• Ability to read and interpret warehouse and distribution documents.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment.

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels.
• Occasional climbing and operation of material handling equipment required.
