Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate

Location: Redlands, CA

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Day Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while ensuring orders are completed safely and accurately.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, packaging, or order processing experience preferred.
• Experience preparing and processing customer orders preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic inventory management and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate order or product issues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Box, re‑box, label, palletize, and wrap products.
• Process and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Perform order fulfillment and packaging tasks accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and order processing.
• Update customer and order information as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve order or product issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Keep warehouse work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Perform repetitive packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment tasks.
• Bend, reach, and move materials as needed.
• Palletize and wrap products for shipment.
• Work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
