Building Maintenance, Operations Manager
The position of Assistant Project Manager is responsible for providing a high level of coordination support in a variety of areas, partnering with construction project management and field staff.
PMincludingplanning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical construction or similar industry
- Electrical license, preferred
- Estimating and project management skills, preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical installations, codes and construction methods
- Familiar with reading blueprints for structured cabling, building controls, fire alarm, security, access control
- Proficiency at an intermediate level with computer skills - Excel, Word, and related PC skills
- Driver’s license, clean driving record required
- Strong math and organizational skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
Salary range for this position is $80,000-$125,000 annually.
Opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus.
401k with a 40% employer match (up to federal limit.)
