Project Manager - Heavy Civil/Concrete Foundation/Dry Utilities

Location: Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR office (20% travel)

Salary: $125,000 – $185,000 DOE

• New project planning and coordination among internal departments, subcontractors, and clients
• Track project completion, daily production rates, materials, equipment usage, and changes to conditions
• Understand scope of work, terminology, and project documents
• Read, interpret, and apply project specifications and drawings to construct the project per design
• Schedule building and maintenance
• Handle monthly billings
• Review and approve timecards
• Review budget and understand project projections (material, productivity, manpower, equipment)
• Build relationships internally and externally

• 3–5 years minimum experience on heavy civil projects
• Experience utilizing multiple layers of project documents to comply with building requirements
• Background in PM, CM, or QC roles on large‑scale power projects involving civil construction
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to be trained on HCSS Software (Heavy Job & Heavy Bid) and Microsoft Project
• Team player willing to perform multiple duties as needed
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening, background check, and a DVR acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier
• Willing and able to work long hours and in varying conditions
