Kitchen & Bath Tune-Up is seeking a Design Trainee to learn all aspects of kitchen & bath design and client consultation. This entry-level role offers hands‑on training with clear advancement opportunities as you develop your skills.

Learn our systems for tracking and managing client inquiries.

Shadow experienced designers during client consultations to understand needs assessment.

Assist with on‑site measurements and learn how to gather specifications for cabinet layouts.

Document projects with photography and learn portfolio presentation techniques.

Support client communication and learn to manage design revisions with guidance.

Eager to learn with no prior design or sales experience necessary.

Organized, coachable, and committed to developing new skills.

Friendly communicator who enjoys helping people and working on a team.
