We are seeking a Head Football Coach to lead the football program at Elton Gregory Middle School and support a high‑performing team that enables success for all students.

• Teach football skills and fundamentals to middle‑school athletes.
• Develop and implement game plans, practice schedules, and training programs.
• Motivate and inspire students, fostering teamwork, discipline, and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with coaching staff, school administrators, and parents to support team development.

• Prior middle‑school coaching experience preferred.
• Active first aid certification required.
• NFHS training may be obtained after hire.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Team player, organized, disciplined, responsible, high energy, positive, and ethical.
• Ability to positively motivate students.

Salary: $3,447 to $5,064 per season
