We are pleased to announce that we are seeking qualified applicants for a temporary Instructional Assistant III:
Special Education position on our Student Services team at Redmond Proficiency Academy for the 2026/2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high‑performing team that supports efforts to make success possible for all Redmond students.

Redmond School District serves more than 7,000 students from Redmond, Alfalfa, Crooked River Ranch, Eagle Crest, Terrebonne, and Tumalo. Under the direction of the licensed educator and school principal, the Instructional Assistant has a variety of support responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to, assisting with the preparation of academic materials, working with small learning groups to provide curricular support, and supporting Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS). The role also involves supervising individual and small groups of students with independent living skills and/or medically fragile needs.

Salary posted is for the 2025/2026 school year and will be adjusted July 1 for the new COLA once determined.
