$184,000 - $220,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Unit Finance Director to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the financial strategy for a major business unit within a rapidly growing organization. The company is in expansion mode and looking for a seasoned finance professional with strong P&L experience to elevate their finance department. You ll be working closely with the Business Unit EVP, providing insights and financial guidance to drive growth and profitability.

• Serve as primary finance partner to BU leadership
• Lead BU-level financial planning and forecasting
• Support commercial activities and strategic planning
• Analyze and communicate BU results and KPIs
• Produce executive-ready financial reports and insights
• Evaluate significant BU investments and initiatives
• Enhance reporting tools and processes for efficiency
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing
• Experience in BU-level planning and performance management
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Proficiency in ERP and reporting/BI/FP&A tools

• MBA, CPA, or CMA certification
• Experience with capital allocation and investment evaluation
• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Role involves about 25% travel to other locations
