Ability Advocates of Oregon is seeking a compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the La Pine area.

This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference by helping individuals live independently, safely, and with dignity in their community.

• Provide support with daily living activities (ADLs) such as hygiene, meals, and mobility. Support community involvement and skill-building
• Follow Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and all care instructions
• Accurately complete documentation and service notes
• Monitor and report any changes in health, behavior, or safety
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

• Required:
  
  Client has medical needs. Must be comfortable being trained on medical supports.
• Reliable, consistent attendance is required
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow direction.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to complete required trainings (paid)
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible hours (full time or part time) Pay: $23-25+ an hour depending on experience
