Opportunity:

RRT - Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Provide general respiratory therapy services across ED, ICU, and Med Surg units

• Must be able to work independently in a critical access hospital setting

• Scheduled shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, subject to changes based on operational needs

• Minimum of every other weekend required, with potential for more based on operational needs

• Schedule is determined by facility needs and cannot accommodate personal schedule requests

• Float required to all 4 campus locations:
Bend, Redmond, Prineville, and Madras

• On-call is voluntary only

• 3 years of experience required

• Travel experience required

• First-time travelers not accepted

• Local candidates not accepted - 75-mile radius rule applies

• Epic charting system experience required

• Community hospital experience required

• Trauma Level I experience preferred

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT

Required skills:

Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department, and Pediatrics

• NICU and Pediatric Critical Care experience preferred

• Experience with patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics

• Acute, trauma, ED, and critical care experience required

• Pre-approved time off limited to one request per contract

• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off restrictions apply

The facility provides a broad range of services including emergency department care, intensive care, and medical-surgical support, with interdisciplinary support from respiratory services and rapid response teams.
