As a Room Attendant, you'll ensure our guest rooms and public spaces are spotless, comfortable, and inviting. Your work helps create the first impression for every guest who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Clean and refresh assigned guest rooms and public areas according to company standards

• Change bed linens and towels, clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, and dust surfaces

• Replenish amenities and supplies such as soap, tissue, and paper goods

• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly

• Ensure all equipment (vacuums, carts) and supplies are properly stored and maintained

• Follow key control procedures and maintain guest confidentiality

• Perform deep-cleaning tasks and special assignments as needed

• Physical stamina – Ability to bend, lift, walk, and stand for extended periods
