As a Room Attendant
, you’ll ensure our guest rooms and public spaces are spotless, comfortable, and inviting. Your work helps create the first impression for every guest who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Clean and refresh assigned guest rooms and public areas according to company standards
• Change bed linens and towels, clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, and dust surfaces
• Replenish amenities and supplies such as soap, tissue, and paper goods
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Ensure all equipment (vacuums, carts) and supplies are properly stored and maintained
• Follow key control procedures and maintain guest confidentiality
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks and special assignments as needed

• Physical stamina – Ability to bend, lift, walk, and stand for extended periods
