The Opportunity

As a Medical Interpreter at COPA, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, accessible healthcare experience for children and families. You'll provide accurate Spanish interpretation during appointments, by phone, and across COPA’s clinics, helping patients, families, and care teams communicate clearly and confidently. You'll also help families understand care plans, navigate referrals and community resources, stay connected to preventive care, and access the information they need to support their child’s health.

If you're passionate about helping families feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their care, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

We do this in a welcoming, inclusive environment where collaboration, openness, play and accountability are part of how we care, not just what we do.

At COPA, you'll work alongside people who value kindness, teamwork, and earning families’ trust every single day.

  • Help patients navigate COPA and community resources, including referrals, specialty care, nurse advice, Poison Control, and other services that support their child’s health.
  • Support interpreter scheduling and ongoing interpreter training while traveling between COPA locations as needed and partnering with care teams to create a welcoming, family-friendly experience.
