As a Child Welfare Program Manager serving a multi‑county district, you will manage and lead local service delivery programs through strong administration, leadership, and supervision. You will play an active role on the district management team planning, organizing, and guiding program activities to advance the mission of the department.

• Lead Program Operations:
  Oversee the effective delivery of Child Welfare services across the Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, policies, and performance outcomes.
• Promote Equity and Inclusion:
  Foster a diverse, culturally responsive, and discrimination‑free workplace where all individuals feel welcomed, valued, and respected.
• Develop Workforce Capacity:
  Support staff through training, performance management, and professional development, with a focus on cultural competence, leadership and accountability.
• Strengthen Community Partnerships:

Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience; OR three years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
