* Job Description:

** Job Summary    The Assembler I is responsible for the precise and efficient assembly of various components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions, ensuring high-quality products that meet AAON's standards.

Job Responsibilities
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other engineering documentation to accurately assemble components.
* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices (e.g., tape measure, calipers) to assemble parts and products.
* Perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.
* Inspect assembled parts for defects, ensuring quality standards are met.
* Identify and report any non-conforming materials or quality issues to the supervisor.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
* Operate light machinery or equipment as required for fan assembly processes.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve production targets.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Job Qualifications
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
* Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
