In this entry‑level role, you’ll begin as a Manufacturing Technician, learning the fundamentals of machine operation, tooling, and production support. Through on‑the‑job training and mentorship, you’ll fast‑track your development toward becoming a Manufacturing Mechanic Technician—a skilled position responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment.

Requirements- One‑year certificate from a college or technical school, or 1–5 years of relevant experience in a high‑volume production environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced mechanical skills, including the ability to read prints, interpret part tolerances, and perform precision fitting.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and pneumatic systems.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; and compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
Familiarity with machine shop tools and equipment used in maintenance and fabrication. Drills, mills, lathes, hones, grinders, polishing and lapping
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet production deadlines with minimal supervision. Works with precision and urgency.
Willingness to work various shifts as needed.
Has a history of good attendance and punctuality.
