Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Redmond, OR for a Manufacturing Manager. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of quality. Responsibilities include production planning, managing operations, ensuring quality control, and leading production teams to meet organizational goals. The role involves optimizing resources, implementing best practices, and aligning production processes with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee and deliver effective production schedules and processes.
  • Expertise in Quality Control to ensure compliance with company standards and address issues impacting product quality.
  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to optimize workflows and ensure seamless day-to-day production activities.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing teams and fostering collaboration to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills to address operational challenges efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in composites manufacturing or similar industries is highly desirable.
