About the Role
As a Production Support Crew Member, you'll be the behind‑the‑scenes hero who keeps our molding, leaching, and assembly areas stocked, organized, and running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who likes staying active, learning new skills, and jumping into different tasks throughout the day. No two days look the same - and that's what makes it fun.
What You'll Do
* Stage components for assembly and molding
* Operate and maintain leach tanks
* Wash and prep wax patterns
* Stock materials and supplies for molding and assembly teams
* Stage and dip assembly frames
* Keep the department clean, organized, and running efficiently
* Receive, inventory, and order materials
* Copy and stock forms used in molding and assembly
* Maintain dip seal tanks
* Assist with light assembly and molding tasks
* Enter basic data into the system
* Maintain tools and equipment
* Write simple assembly instructions when needed
* Properly manage spent aerosol cans (training provided)
* Support other tasks as needed to keep production flowing
What You'll Bring to the Team
* Safe, conscientious work habits
* Ability to learn new skills and jump between tasks
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Comfort working with minimal supervision
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
* Willingness to learn basic computer skills
* Ability to complete Forklift Safety Certification
Education & Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic math skills
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, climb, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
* Lift/move up to 35 lbs
* Use computers and office equipment
* Work in environments with noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature changes
