Production Associate

We’re hiring a Production Associate (5:00am-1:30pm or 1:00pm-9:00pm) to join our growing team! Majesty’s Animal Nutrition is a family-owned company that manufactures supplements and treats for companion animals. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with us!

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm or 1:00pm-9:00pm.

This position requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

• Operate, maintain, and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Complete work orders accurately and on time
• Weigh, mix, and extrude products according to specifications
• Follow recipes to create consistent, high-quality products
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Assist with packaging as needed
• Maintain established quality standards throughout production
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a production environment

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Ability to handle a physically demanding workload
• Experience in baking, food processing, or food handling is a plus
