Production Support Crew Member – Wax Molding & Assembly

As a Production Support Crew Member, you’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes hero who keeps our molding, leaching, and assembly areas stocked, organized, and running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who likes staying active, learning new skills, and jumping into different tasks throughout the day. No two days look the same — and that’s what makes it fun.

• Stage components for assembly and molding
• Operate and maintain leach tanks
• Wash and prep wax patterns
• Stock materials and supplies for molding and assembly teams
  
  Stage and dip assembly frames
• Keep the department clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Receive, inventory, and order materials
• Copy and stock forms used in molding and assembly
• Maintain dip seal tanks
• Assist with light assembly and molding tasks
• Enter basic data into the system
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Write simple assembly instructions when needed
• Properly manage spent aerosol cans (training provided)
• Support other tasks as needed to keep production flowing

• Safe, conscientious work habits
• Ability to learn new skills and jump between tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort working with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Willingness to learn basic computer skills
• Ability to complete Forklift Safety Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills

• Ability to stand, climb, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
• Lift/move up to 35 lbs
• Use computers and office equipment
• Work in environments with noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature changes
