Production Support Crew Member – Wax Molding & Assembly

As a Production Support Crew Member, you’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes hero who keeps our molding, leaching, and assembly areas stocked, organized, and running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who likes staying active, learning new skills, and jumping into different tasks throughout the day. No two days look the same — and that’s what makes it fun.
What You’ll Do- Stage components for assembly and molding
- Operate and maintain leach tanks
- Wash and prep wax patterns
- Stock materials and supplies for molding and assembly teams
Stage and dip assembly frames - Keep the department clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Receive, inventory, and order materials
- Copy and stock forms used in molding and assembly
- Maintain dip seal tanks
- Assist with light assembly and molding tasks
- Enter basic data into the system
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Write simple assembly instructions when needed
- Properly manage spent aerosol cans (training provided)
- Support other tasks as needed to keep production flowing
- Safe, conscientious work habits
- Ability to learn new skills and jump between tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort working with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Ability to complete Forklift Safety Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand, climb, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
- Lift/move up to 35 lbs
- Use computers and office equipment
- Work in environments with noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature changes
